Grand Cayman Condos: a Great Way to Enjoy a Vacation!
Grand Cayman Condos are available throughout the island so do some research before you rent or buy. For this page, I’m focusing on vacation rentals but the same companies who list rentals can help you buy too, if that’s what you want. Do you want the quiet of the
East End
or are you the type who needs people about? If you are, then the West End is where you want to be. I’m diving this page up by that simple divide. I’m starting in the west because for most vacationers that’s where they will want to be. In the West End of Grand Cayman resorts are often hotels and condo complexes as well, which is good for the condo owner and renter as it ensures access to services and a high standard of maintenance. You can find condos at:Aqua Bay, Coral Sands, Grand Caymanian, Grandview, Plantation Village, Silver Palms, and Treasure Island. Condos in the East End can also be part of a resort but many are part of stand-alone complexes. They have many of the amenities of a resort, however, so you aren’t faced with traveling every day to a beach or other amusement. The East End is the place for those who want to relax and the condo units are therefore often smaller. The majority of visitors to the islands are looking for excitement not sleep:) Some condos here are:Castaways Cove, Morritts Grand and Morritts Tortuga, and the Royal Reef Resort. There are also condos focused on Grand Cayman’s most popular pastime — scuba diving. Many of these are in locations nearer reefs than land-based attractions. Cayman Kai and Cayman Conch are two of many condos in the area of Some in the North Side and
Rum Point.
If condos aren’t what you’re looking for after all, our
